Estimates provided by Bellerose Roofing & Siding are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection and the scope discussed with you at that time. Concealed conditions (rotted decking, hidden water damage, undersized framing, previous improper work) are not always visible from the exterior and may become apparent only after tear-off begins. If we encounter conditions that materially change the scope of the job, we will pause work, document what we found, and discuss options with you before proceeding. No change to the agreed-upon scope or price is made without your approval.

6. Warranties

Warranty terms for each project are set in the written proposal and contract for that specific job. Workmanship warranties are provided by Bellerose Roofing & Siding directly. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the roofing, siding, gutter, or window product installed and are subject to that manufacturer's terms, registration requirements, and exclusions. Ask us for the specific warranty documents that apply to the materials selected for your project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, Bellerose Roofing & Siding's liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. This limitation does not affect any warranties or obligations set out in a signed contract for services.
